# Terms of Service — Hey DJ

By downloading or using "Hey DJ," you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

## 1. Description of Service
Hey DJ provides a mobile music mixing console. The service includes a "Free Tier" supported by advertisements and a "Premium Tier" available via a monthly subscription.

## 2. Subscriptions
- **Price**: $1.99 per month (or local equivalent).
- **Billing**: Payments are processed via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- **Unlocks**: Premium status removes all advertisements and grants access to the "Pro Layout" and advanced audio effects.

## 3. Usage Restrictions
- You may not use the App for any illegal purpose.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and mix the music files loaded into the App.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer the C++ native audio engine or circumvent the monetization gates.

## 4. Intellectual Property
All code, graphics, and the "Hey DJ" branding are the property of the developer. User-generated recordings created with the App belong to the user, subject to the copyright of the underlying music.

## 5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss (including lost recordings) or interruptions during live performances.

## 6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to Premium features if the subscription is not maintained or if these terms are violated.
